No weight change this week.
But no gains, so I suppose I should be happy. I didn't think I'd have a loss because I didn't feel it like I did last week. Looking forward to next week's weigh in.

Yesterday
I managed to eat out (Barbecue, no less) and not blow my calories. I am impressed/surprised. Also, I have decided that on every weigh-in day, I am going to try on something from my closet that I haven't been able to wear.
