Tuesday, 22nd September
Started today with a cycle around the suburb. This time I only had to stop once to catch my breath... normally I need three or four breathing breaks. We rode 6km which took us half an hour. We had breakfast (one poached egg on toast) and then I went to gym. Today was my second day at gym. I did the same circuit as yesterday except I doubled my time on everything. After my workout I got onto the treadmill and did a brisk walk @ 6km/hr for twenty minutes. When I left the gym I was totally exhausted. I had intended going back to gym in the afternoon but I was just too tired. My lower calves, neck and biceps have a dull ache... I can really feel that I had a good workout. Lunch was two cracker breads, half an avo, fat free cottage cheese and a stick of celery.
