    I am becoming more determined and have set out a financial reward plan - maybe that is the trick. all the money I would spend doing weight watchers or another program will become my slush fund. Everything I should be doing will go to the percentage of cash I can keep at the end of the week. A total of 20 pts - 1 for each exercise (30 min or more), 1 for each day keeping to the daily burn plan, 3 pts for >10 hrs of writing/week and 3 pts for weighing less than the week before on sounday (this week it was 135.6). there is the opportunity to get $50 each week which can be used for all personal expenses.

    I am giving up all sugar, bad snack foods and alcohol until I lose my weight - although I may need to reconsider the alcohol thing given my kids are driving me insane. I also am going to start bribing my daily burn - if I keep tabs, $3 per day, if I actually keep to my calories and extra $2 AND if I can keep the 4 workouts per week that is an additionally $35 - I potentially could be rolling in the dough with better attention to detail.

    I am really perplexed - I worked out more this week than I have in month's and I GAINED Weight!!! That being said I really didn't do such great job with the diet and I certainly did not drink enough water or keep track of all the calories i ate … and I ate a bunch of sugary foods. I have add daily burn to my health passport as a financial incentive. I have too much other stuff to worry about, eating right and exercise should not be one of them. reaffirming and restarting, again today:)

    This is the year that I actually get off my duff and get going! Goals - lose 10% body fat (13.5 lbs), runs a half marathons without feeling like I am going to die, do 50 great push ups in a row
