    It is so hard

    Really, I find it so easy. If I am just at work, just drinking when I am thirsty, I find that I drink well over 100 OZ a day (and that is just when I am at work). It helps me to have two bottles, one that is larger (like 32 OZ) and a smaller one (like 24 OZ) with a removable cap. Then I can fill them both at the same time and just drink from the one without the cap at my desk (for some reason the lid was really preventing me from drinking water). But, I also love water (drinking it, swimming in it, breathing it) so it just might be me.

    Working out

    Been trying to do something active at least once a day. Mostly dancing, but sometimes biking home after work or running up the stairs to my office on the 23rd floor. Also, much more frequent weigh-ins, including BMI now, thanks to a new scale at home.
