Title...
I've been pretty good about logging! So proud of myself. lol. Though....my net is always really negative (-500 to -1000), so I must really make up for it on the days I don't log. I've been trying to low ball my exercise cals too. Something is off somewhere. Are Katie and Chris gonna get on the ball here? Or is it just you and me following through?

nice! I HATE running, so 4.5 miles kills me just thinking about it. It's so boooooooring! Goin to hip hop with christine tonight. Should be interesting ;) When are you back again? Gonna try to hit Dianne's step Wed AM and Jacque's Thurs AM. Let me know how the Y class goes. P.S. I'm HUNGRY!

Back at it.
I haven't worked out for a month and I might have been spending a little too much of my r&r time in the kitchen while my ankle heals, but I suppose if there was ever a time to practice my culinary skills this would have been it. No more! I have started back up with the 100 push-ups challenge and the 200 squats challenge, and some upper body weight training. Hopefully I can add more each week as my physical therapy progresses.
