    I want you to be back! You are doing such a great job and I thought we lost you there. My motivation has been lacking this past week, but if we all support each other we can do this! I wish I could walk with you guys! One of these days I'll be able to get out there. Let's do this!

    We can do this!

    Getting back on track, especially in this weather is quite a job, but you know what? We will all feel so much better in the long run. Guaranteed, half the PMS fairy is coming on so strong is because we haven't been walking. Let's walk Thursday, even if it rains. We can walk indoors, at Kmart, or somewhere warm and dry. I'll keep on you, even if its on the phone. We all need to be hotties in our own minds, lol.

    snack choices

    I don't know how into veggies you are, but carrots and snap peas are my go to when I want to crunch on something mindlessly. Nuts are ok, but you have to watch portion control on them.
