    Calorie Intake

    Sometimes if you take in too little calories your body will stop burning and hold on to it. you need to see what your minimum intake should be to burn. I need to lose 100 pounds and have noticed if I go below 1800 I maintain and don't lose. If I eat between 1800 - 2000, I can lose about a pound a day. My problem is that I get so count conscious, I tend to eat too little in the day and then I can't catch up. So my goal is to have even 6 meals with about 300 each, so that I am not missing out on the calories and my body has time to burn after each meal.(2.5 hours)

    I have noticed that you are working out a lot. Good for you. How are you doing with your meal planning? I find that I don't pay enough attention to the food groups, but fixate on the calorie number. Any suggestions?
