Back to the gym
Ordered three dresses off of Venus- will get here Friday. Hoping to wear the sexy one to the wedding Sept 9- but we will see. Joined back at Nicks and planning to workout in the conditioning class twice weekly, do Zumba three times per week (more fun:) Still eating pretty clean- have lost two more pounds- 25 more to go to be back to pre-baby weight!!

New Short Term Goal
Starting with my last official weight of 185, goal is to lose 16 pounds by September 9- that is 4 weeks at 4 lbs a week. Since it is all baby fat, I think it will be on the slightly not so difficult side, since I just lost 12 in 4 weeks. I have a wedding to go to- so that is the new goal...wish me luck! Oh, I also orderd the Zumba workout series- so that should help since I have done NO cardio since the baby- it has all been clean eating (for the most part).
