    basic strength training

    For the past month or so I've been doing lots of push ups and I'm quite amazed at the results. My upper body is really taking shape; I wasn't expecting to see such a difference. I've done daily push ups in the past but never as many sets as I've been doing this time around. It seems consistency is the real key to getting results in anything. I'm now planning to do the same with my abs to see if that six pack can show through. I just turned 40 and I'm pretty happy with my current condition but I know I can take it up another notch or two. This just shows that determination can really pay off - just make a plan and stick with it!

    Been away

    Not been here in a while. Hope you are all doing well. I put on a few pounds over the cold season and now I'm working to trim down a bit again. I'm happy that I didn't let things get too far out of control.
