    Lunge Challenge

    Sent you a message- would love to have you join. I'm doing this really to keep track- We need the lunges to fire the hamstrings and balance out with the squats that we're doing. If you haven't done lunges in the past please don't overdo it- it's easy to strain the hamstrings at the beginning, and I would hate to feel responsible, what with your upper body misery! We'll start another one when this one is done-
