week 5
I am SO ready to start week 5 today. last week I was in the rest week and I felt like I had energy to burn and couldn't do my no "usual" qorkout! I'm ready to bring it today!

tough day
I feel like I am SO weak, but getting stronger ever day. I started with lean last week but am now re-starting and doing the regular program. I love plyo so I didn't want to miss out on that. Looking forward to tomorrow
