    I lost 7 lbs last week. That's pretty exciting. I don't seem to be making the same progress this week. I guess I'll see tomorrow for the weigh in and sunday for photos and measurements.

    Getting Started

    I'm starting to track progress of my by body restructuring. I'm currently reading the 4 hour body with heavy skepticism and have joined a Crossfit Gym. I've been working out mon-fri at 5:30am for 1 week. Since I just took photos and measurements today I have no idea if there has been any change over this past week. I do know that I hurt all over and that's new ;-) My plan is to take photos of all the food I eat, exercise (amount yet to be determined), take body measurements and photos every Sunday. I'm committed to 2 months as that's all I have paid for the gym, I may pay for continued membership after my 2 months is up.
