De retour
Coucou CCCC, Me voici de retour ici car mes kilos sont eux aussi de retour. Et je suis plutôt contente de te trouver car franchement le moral est bas et surtout j'ai peur de ne pas y arriver! Aujourd'hui je reprends donc un régime. je fais Dukan pour le moment histoire de perdre vite tout de suite pour garder une certaine motivation. A voir. bises. pika

I was so pleased to receive your post. I guess I had perfect timing because I notice you have been successful in attaining a healthy and fit life and DB is on the back burner, but not off the stove. Please say hi from time to time. I think of you CC all the way in Japan and I can talk to you like you are sitting next to me. Keep up the great work. I'll be thinking of you.

Thank you for not
removing me as a motivator, although I deserve it. I have made a commitment to come back to the group. Although I have maintained my weight, I have not been going to the gym and the body is showing the effects of being a couch potato. I see that you have successfully maintained your weight loss and continue to be active. Good for you!

to say hi and how are you? I see you are maintaining your weight loss and remain committed to being healthy and fit. I have been missing in action for quite some time, but I have maintained my weight loss. I've been walking a lot, but have not attended the gym. Today will be my first day back in quite some time.
