1/4/11 - First day back
Did back, shoulder, and bicep routine last night. First time lifting weights since the surgery three months ago. I am weaker, but I am stunned how much I can still lift. The squats were a bit sketchy, but I really think I will be able to get strong again if I just keep at it. Gotta keep at it.

9/21/09 - Cardio, Back, & Bi's
I don't know if it was the 40 min of cardio that got the blood flowing, or maybe it was just that I'm getting stronger, but every weight felt lighter last night. I think I need to start pushing myself on some of the weights... especially preacher curls, arm rows, and alt hammer curls. Shit, I think I'm back in the swing of things and making progress again.
