got my ass kicked thu. w/weights and squats so today's the first day i ran again. gritting my teeth (figuratively) to get thru it. but the sweat feels good. trying to do some planks and situps when i get off the trail. hate those, too, but my legs are happy to not have to do all the work.

AM run, sort of...working w/thru injured foot and saddle sore ness:) but sweat is good and i'm at the point where the discipline of showing up is more important than the quality of the workout, yadadamean?

ok. saddlesoreness will take my mind off of the ankle. but also take the motivation out of a morning run. think i'll try yoga -there's always the treadmill at CRUNCH in the afternoon

I don't know if you'd actually call it running, but i hiked/walked up to yoga hill then trotted all the way down. sprained ankle is throwing me off my game. Horse-back riding that afternoon for 2 hours...

ran 2 1/2 minutes the last repetition. uphill is the first half of the run...it's still hard.
