I'm on it
Took the night off on Friday to have a few beers and fries with friends....but back on now. Might have slacked on the posting for a day or so but kept on track except for Friday. Bought a new pair of running shoes. Going to try to work my way up to a short jog every day now that the weather is warming up (mostly walking now but I'll get there.) Thanks for keeping an eye on me.

Road the bike outdoors - almost met same amount today (1,003 cals burned) by riding stationary bike tonight but doing climbing repeats off a Carmichael Training DVD - I couldn't finish it but still ended up burning a grand in under 45 minutes.

Congrats on school paper
Keep focused on calories but you should try to get into a routine of working out - some sort of cardio every day. It gets to be a habit and you start to want that cardio fix.
