Wow I have some work to do!
See what happens when you go out of town and pretty much "See food, eat food!" I am up to 180 but really that is a good thing since I am trying to add size! Now just have to hit the weights and HARD! I think I will stay 175-180 for a while to see if the extra fat helps me build muscle. I know that trying to Maintain or Lose while trying to gain mass does NOT work!

Time to buckle down!
Trying to gain 5lb of lean mass by the end of the year so it is time to buckle down and focus on training and eating! Am going to try to aim for 100g or more of Protein per day!!! I am finding that carbs are my enemy!

Wow I was BAD today...
Ate at Perkins and Had an Omelet, Potatos & Pancakes... Nearly 1250 calories in one meal!!! Good thing I ate lite early in the day! If this does not help me start my weight gain, I do not know what will!!!
