Definately a correlation...
Had bulgogi for lunch yesterday, and today I'm back up in weight. Highly suspect. I think those bulgogi lunches have more calories than I'm recording. It's getting increasingly difficult to eat sufficiently low-calorie meals to keep losing weight, but I've got some ideas: the South Beach cookbook I have at home lists calorie consumption for each of the recipes, and there are several good recipes in there. I'm not willing to sacrifice taste for weight loss... Once a foodie always a foodie, I guess. Last, I definetely don't enjoy the Wednesday circuit training class. The instructor never does the work with us, and I spend so much time worrying about keeping up that my form is awful. I'm very torn about whether to keep attending because it kicks my a$$, or whether to switch to Monday altogether. I can challenge myself in the Monday class, and I feel good when I leave. The instructor on Monday does the work with us, and pays attention to good form. I'm not constantly so exhausted that I can't keep up, and I was GOOD AND SORE the next day. Those are the main points, right? Right??!? Right. Ok. Wednesday Circuit Training is dead to me ;)

Went to Portland for Mother's Day
Friday: Frittata from ProClub was AWFUL, needed salsa to make palateable. I shouldn't depend on ProClub 20/20 meals anymore, they can't be trusted. Saturday: Holt's family made a veggie scramble and muffins for breakfast; scramble was YUMMY; must remember to use roasted cauliflower more!! Had half a muffin too. Lunch was a barbeque at their house. Ribs, shrimp, green beans, FANTASTIC bean & corn salsa with yummy sunchips (probably ate too much of that), potato salad, plus Becky's yummy citrus vodka drink. Had popcorn, sprite & gummies at IronMan2 that evening. We bought a small popcorn and didn't eat hardly any of it. I should probably learn to bring a small, healthy snack to the movies so I'm not tempted to buy stuff. Then was Franklin's party. 2 shots of whiskey, 1 shot of Bailey's, doritos, and spinach dip. I eat junk food when I get drunk. Sunday: Yogurt for breakfast (tried to be good!), then homemade German Pancakes with Strawberries for Lunch. Burgerville special Turkey Burger with rosemary fries and large strawberry shake to share for dinner. Man that was yummy, and TOTALLY worth it!! This weekend was packed with "social" food, and things I have infrequent access to. The egg scramble and the Turkey Burger were probably the best blanaces of health and taste I ate all weekend. I have trouble turning down food made for me or offered to me by others. I didn't used to even LIKE potato salad (though Saturday's was good), but I took some anyway!! I have even more trouble if it's an old favorite.
