Funny, I'm the exact same way! I am great during the week, but because the week is so hectic I tend to want to go out and have fun on the weekends. By the time I lose all that bloated "blah", it's Friday and I'm back where I started. lol I'm going to do the 3-day Shakeology cleanse and see if that helps.
