Week 3 Day 2
I have increased my weight lifted to 80 lbs My weight has decreased by 2 lbs but not stady I weightd 160 this morning but the rest of the week was at 159. My measurements this week are as follows 39 bust 34 in Waist 40 3/4 hips 12bicept 22 1/2 thigh Total inches from last week to this week 2 inches total lost 3 1/4 inches.

Week 2 Day 2
This is the second week and second day of my workout routine. I am feeling better and have a little more energy. My calorie intake has been around 1600 instead of 1200. My weight has stayed the same but my measurements have changed. My Bust is 39.5 Waist 35.5 hips 41 bicept 12 thigh 22.5 Total inches lost 1.4 inches

Day 2 of Fat Burning Workout
I have decided that I need to shape up. I started working out a few weeks ago and started building some muscel and noticed my weight rising from 158 to 162. So I decided to do a Fat Burning workout to bring my weight down but still have some definition. I am going to limit my calories to 1200 per day and going to cut down on the starches and carbs. We will see how this goes. bust 39.5 in Waist 36 in hips 41 in thigh 23 1/3 bicept 12 1/4
