zenhabits
yes.. that is exactly it. Zenhabits is one of my favorite blogs. Its interesting to watch someone go through this transformation. I like that he allows himself to change and grow...as an example he used to be very strict on his schedule and fascinated by all different methods for scheduling and managing time. Now he's more "anti-schedule".

hello!!
no need to be embarrassed... I've done worse, Im sure! Plus it is actually true, I do in fact, need more stretching. :) Running barefoot on the beach sounds wonderful!! There seems to be a barefoot movement catching on. Are you familiar with Leo Babauta... I'll find a link for you, if you're interested he wrote a series of articles on his experiences/ take on it.

the beginning and motivation :-)
am 3 days in to my first week and doing sooo well. Have been exercising for each of the 3 days and have amazed myself :). not overweight am size 10 so i can't complain, just want to look best i can and also feel healthy. (..And i can't lie i have a few old size 8 favourite items i want to fit into and look good in again!, ..i only wore them comfortably just a year ago and it hurts lol!.) so here's to my 'DailyBurn' future. A promise to myself to keep it up! :)) XX
