    Welcome to DailyBurn! In reading your post, it looks like you certainly have envision yourself making much better health choices - which is great. However, when it comes to SMART goals, it is important to be more specific. For instance, you want to reduce your carb intake, but by how much? 100g? 5g? Is it per day? Per week? The more specific, the easier it will be to determine your outcomes. :)

I want to eat well. I want to loose weight. I want to become more healthy. I want to eat the right amounts of nutrients. I want to become more active. 2. List a S.M.A.R.T. goal about your nutrition – what would you like to achieve in the area of food and diet? I want to reduce my carbohydrate intake. 3. List a S.M.A.R.T. goal about your fitness – what would you like to achieve in the area of exercise and activity? I want to increase my walking 3 miles everyday to walking 2 miles and running one mile.
