NEW YEARS
i wouldnt say that I have to lose weight for health, just for comfort. a couple pouds would be nice. as of now 133...going for 130! then 128...just to see if I can do it! Eat right, stay fit, drink more h20, and less DDP!

Sometimes when we take different classes we are required to learn a lot of information. While having knowledge is important, application is even more valuable. What you learn through experience often times stays with you longer. It sounds like by having to log your diet and activity on DailyBurn, you were challenged to be a bit more aware of your health behaviors (not just the actual feedback you got from logging your raw data). Continue being a life-long advocate of health and fitness. You have great potential in being a leader in this field! Good luck with your career and healthy endeavors! :)

I'm impressed - you chose some excellent forum topics to share in... from motivation to exergaming, supplements to swimming. Especially that exergaming one (wink) good thing we had a conversation about that in class, right? :D And regarding your question on swimming - you definitely got a lot of great feedback. I hope you were able to get the answers you were looking for! :)

I see on your news feed that you've motivated a few members... I hope they responded to your motivations - i imagine your words gave them the encouragement they needed that week. In the forums, you posted about how having a place to workout at home and at work - and having a gym nearby - helps you stay motivated to keep on task. Yes, sometimes it is easy to pass up a workout given that we can't always manage our time... but as you said, 'no excuses' - right? :) Keep up the good work.
