    OMG I haven't been logging in either! Um ... I actually forgot about it. BAD Lisa! However, I will help keep you accountable if you help ME stay accountable. We're better in that we aren't going crazy out of control but we still need to be vigilant.

    I have been doing HELLACIOUS at keeping up on this. I am going to get back on track!!! I haven't been to the gym in a week and while I haven't been completely out of control with my eating, I've gained back a pound. Not good!

    Hi ... just wanted to leave you a note saying 'hi' and that I hope you are able to workout and sweat out some of the aggravation. I took a 2 mile walk this morning and feel a little better. I guess the best we can do for now is just keep plugging away and look for alternative employment. "They" say the grass isn't always greener but right now I'd happily trade some of our "perks" (monthly bbq's, summer picnic, holiday party, beer-30, flex fridays, even the flexible schedule) for an employer that actually knew how to run their business and treated their employees with equity and fairness. I hope you have a good weekend and can find your center again! 8-)

    Ugggg....Another weekend where I didn't do great. I am realizing that weekends are getting progressivly harder for me to maintain my good eating habits that are so easy during the week. For some reason, portion control skills go out the window. I didn't eat a ton of horribly bad food this weekend, I just ate WAY too much of it. Plus, I relapsed and met my lovers, cheese and cream again. We had a little tryst that lasted most of the weekend and it's discouraging for me. Maybe I should have given up one thing at a time. Get the gluten free thing down pat and then work on the dairy thing. If nothing else, I'm learning a lot about myself during this process. However, at this point, I'd settle for less learning and more poundage lost. At this rate, I'll never meet my goals. P.S. I just realized that today is 8-9-10. Ha. Ha.
