I think you hit the nail on the head when you said that you were nervous because "people would see all the bad food i eat all day!" - LOL. Sometimes knowing that other people are following your progress can be a source of motivation. And the fact that you got some of your friends / co-workers to join is awesome! Now you should create some challenges (under the challenge tab) and see how a little competition can keep you motivated longer! Feel free to add me "Befitt" as a GymBuddy if you wish. I use HealthyBee only for academic purposes. Keep up the good work and I wish you well on all of your health/fitness goals.

Reflection
At first the thought of having to keep track of my food on a regular basis I was kinda of nervous because people would see all the bad food i eat all day! But after logging in and putting it in, I realized a lot about how much i was actually eating. I also learned about what I need more of in my diet and what i need less of. When keeping track of my workouts I noticed how many calories I was actually burning and that tied back into my diet. I noticed that since I was burining a certain amount, my diet should reflect that. I think gyminee (when I actually put my information in on time) was very helpful cause it was a visual way to keep track of everything and I could see if I was doing things wrong and in a way it motivated me. I am planning on continuing with Gyminee, cause in fact I took up your advice and got some people from work to get on and start using it, including my rommmate. I feel its going to be a great resource.

You seemed inspired by the post about starting a health/fitness group on campus. Maybe you can do something similar at your work! Anyway, great job this week with your posts. I liked the advice you gave about the oatmeal. Personally, I'm not a big oatmeal eater, but the way you described it made me want to try. :) As far as your post on iron deficiency - i hope you were able to get some good feedback. :)

Thanks for your all your motivation this week! You suggested Yoga for reducing stress - while that can be a great option, just remember that some people who have never done Yoga might find that trying something new (and awkward, at first) can actually *add* to their stress. So you might want to be more specific and say - try a "beginning" level or "gentle" yoga class, instead. Sounds less intimidating.
