Lost Garmin
Last night I lost my Garmin while coming back from 5 a side football which wasn't attached properly to the bike, I got myself a new one of the same type (Forerunner 305) since much cheaper than the 310xt and a cycling mount thing. I had a slight injury on the side of my left foot, I should really not have played football last night... It seems to have come up after my 17k Running and 42K Cycling of Sunday I was tho supposed to don't do much after my last week ankle inury at football. So today is rest day went concentrate at getting proper food and spent time to eat properly.

I'm still there
I haven't log much on dailyburn these days since I have not had time much to follow my nutrition which I think it's been fine since I have lost a lot of weight in August.. I am doing a lot of Cardios like swimming/running/cyclng hopefully i will be to run triathlon soon when i get all those times. Today was my two (morning and eve) best PB for fastest speed with an average of 24.61 km/h for 10km I think the fact that I am doing a lot more runnning and swimming help me a lot for my speed on a bike..

Still into it
I haven't updated my dailyburn much. I have still do a lot of excercise and eaten relatively healthy. I have done a lot of Cardio (http://connect.garmin.com/explore?owner=chmouel) and mostly cardio these days. When I am going down to 11% of body fat then I will start to bulk up and then re-track my nutrition.

Back into it
I had my (little) boy for a week and had hard time to do any workout or follow proper diet. I am back into it now! This morning run at the treadmill and if my mate who visit me from france is into it a long cycling ride to see Touristy London.

bad day
had a really annoying day and went to eat for a full pizza I have my calories count who jumped the roof but man that was good :)
