Hi, how are you?
Thanks for connecting! So you have a sweet tooth when you get stressed out (studying and the like)? Me too. Let's work on it together ;) Kate

Checking up
on how you are doing, hows it going? I noticed you are 'pro lite' on here, how does that work because you are in the UK? i was wondering about the price because i was thinking of maybe going pro but unsure about the costs, any help there? Do they convert the cost into pounds?

Sugar Overload
Had waaaaaaay too much sugar today, mostly in the form of 1 litre of lucozade energy. Used it to keep me going through a whole day and evening of reading and studying but i need to make sure I keep to my target from now on!

How did you manage your hamstring injury, if I can ask? How long are you planning to give it? Hope it is getting better. I was pleased with my personal achievement today, but I am very conscious that there is a ways to go!
