Next Challenge
Decided on my next challenge, a 24 hour relay run in a 2 man team. With 1 man from each team on a 10K the track at all times for 24 hours, this should be an amazing challenge. With just over 2 months to go, its time for some serious training. I'm hoping to at least cover 80-100km during the race myself, and I have an experienced ultra-runner as teammate. Marathon
Thanks Ann. I was very pleased with my run, even though the weather conditions were terrible. Finished in 3:43:05 (chip) and positioned 551 out of 2828 runners, which was better than my target of about 3:45:00. Looking forward to finding another marathon now, and hoping to get nearer the 3:35 mark :-)
