Returning to fitness ... Elliptical at Ft Myers 60 minutes listened to audio book... Will get back to walking @ work

30 Day Shred & Cardio Coach
Did double workouts - 30 Day Shred L2 at 0525 and Cardio Coach L3 on the Elliptical. Great workouts. Can do the walk-out push-up and still struggle with the plank twists - have to sub in a ball exercise

still having a problem with the upper body strength ... but level 2 is challenging me more than level 1.

Todays Workout
Did Cardio Coach Level 3 today ... 35 minutes eliptical (very brisk with hard challenges) Still don't understand the cardio instructions 400/200/400 ... all out, interval ???
