First workout
Wow! It's been a long time. I love the feeling right after you finish working out. You feel that 'glow.' Also.... I don't want to call my eating habits change a "diet." They're simply new eating habits. Diets only last a short time, whereas a diet change lasts for a lifetime (hopefully!). Here's to a new beginning, and a healthier me.
