Trialing the #TWDonline
Anyone who has heard of the Total Wellbieng Diet produce by Australia's CSIRO, might be interested to know that they ar ecurrently conducting a trial of web 2.0 technology to measure the benefit to a population of 8000 people using the site, and determine the features that produce the best benefits. I am taking part in this trial, which started today and will go for 12 weeks. Unfortuately the site they have used is not a shade on the Dailyburn site. For that reason I will be using both sites. Hopefully this will get me back on track for some spring training and weight loss. Cheers.

D@mn shifting weight.
Now it would look like the last month has been unsuccessful. But actually progress has been very good. I've posted some photos (I had to fish around to find one from a month ago). I also didn't have the wisdom to track my waist/chest measurements. Everyone I've seen in that last month has commented on my good shape and asked about my fitness (without me raising it in anyway). Here hoping the my weight will stop shifting and I get some measurable gains soon. So, here is a hint to any new starters, Measure yourself up fully before you start. If you haven't worked-out for a while, the body will move the weight around a bit (fat to muscle) and skew some of the more simple fitness measure (eg,weight)...and stick with it! Cheers.
