About Me
I've been overweight my whole life. But in the last 2 years I've gotten so fat that I don't even want to go out in public or see my friends. The final straw was when I had to start getting my clothes made from Babar the tent maker. I turn 41 this year and I want to live to drive my flying car and get a complete meal from a tablet, so this has to be the year.

What a week!
I have had a hectic week at work last week and this week. I hate how it impacts my eating and exercising. But it's making me learn what I can, and shouldn't eat when I'm forced to eat out!

Motivation to exercise
Well in the beginning it was strictly the knowledge of the relationship between exercise and nutrition. Eating right makes exercise easier and exercise makes eating healthy easier. If you have both of these down you can really feel the impact it makes on your life. Fitness, attitude and energy level are all effected by these. That was enough to get me started a few hours each week. My current motivation was signing up for a half marathon and finding about 10 people at work willing to run it with me. There's no way I could allow myself to fail and to succeed I have to train hard until April 18. I would recommend finding some good supportive people to work out with. These help on my less motivated days.
