Monday...
I am tired as hell today and in pain but still got my ass on the treadmill. I couldn't push myself like I wanted to, the other day I was able to kick butt and stay focused for 43 minutes. I felt great but haven't been able to do it since. Today my Ipod battery died and I was just walking so the lack of music didn't help me either. I need to make a mix of fast paced songs to keep my energy up...

Really?!?!?!?
I have done Shakeology for a week now, exercised my ass off and I have gained! I feel better mentally but physically I don't see a change. Okay maybe I am getting stronger, can do better on the treadmill but the effing scale doesn't lie. Yes I get off track with my food, I need better protein, stop eating the stupid stuff but it isn't that bad, not as bad as it was. I need help!

Fatness
Ok, yesterday I overdid it and paid for it today since I did my exercises as well as added the PT exercises. Woke up with a migraine and shoulder pain that I just couldn't get away from. Heat, ice and medication and I'm feeling better. Pushed through the pain and got my ass on the treadmill, and believe it or not I feel great! It didn't hurt as bad today, my legs after 6 days are feeling better and I don't have the feeling of giving up. Is it the Shakeology? Don't know but if this is what I can feel like with that and the treadmill...I will take it every day. I know I gained weight due to the over exertion of yesterday and the migraine this morning so that scale better show me something good tomorrow or it will end up in the garbage...

Oh, yeah almost forgot, lost 1/2 lb...I am fantastic.

Day 3 Shakeology
When I woke up this morning I absolutely did not feel like getting out of my jammies. I was hurting, not working out hurt, but accident hurt. Felt like I was hit by a car...again. Sucks. But I came downstairs, watched a cartoon with my son and realized if I didn't get my ass on the treadmill I was doing what I always do...give up too easily. I changed, did my mile and the last 1/4 mile was killing me. I wanted to give up, finish, get off the treadmill and sit. I pushed thru, trying to find upbeat music on my ipod and just did it. I made my Shakeology, and in the last hour I have cleaned my bathroom, made chicken salad and potato salad. I am still hurting, ibuprofen soon, but am so happy that I can push myself. I hope I can keep this up which is why I am journaling. I need to be my own motivator...
