About Me
i spent most of my life looking like a string bean but then my thyroid decided to go crazy and then i got cancer and back problems so here i am on disability and i went from 115 lbs. to 175 lbs. i've lost 5 lbs. so far. i don't know how because i didn't do anything different. i hope by joining this site i can get rid of the weight that is killing my back and my sense of well being.

today is july 1
i haven't excersized in 3 days. my back has been so bad. i feel so disgusting and gross. i hate that i can't do this every day. i want my back to be fixed and i want to get down to the my weight goal. i am getting so discouraged with myself. i take my dogs out and they are so happy and then i'm laid up for who knows how long and they have to wait till then. it's not fair to them. i know the good Lord is with me and his hand is in every part of my life and that is the only hope i have. i need to find a way to excersize that doesn't hurt my back!!!
