Wellness Walk
Come enjoy the cooler temp's and join in the fun of a group walk. Several have indicated that Friday works well to get out and do the MCC walk-a-mile. Meet in front of the Nursing building at 8:00 am and walk a mile, or two. Bring a friend and let's get fit together!

You guys motivate me!
I am inspired by all of you since I am seeing a lot of effort being made to not only workout but track progress as an ongoing activity. Seeing your progress is helping me stick to my plan. Thank-you! Keep up the good work!!!
