7 weeks into it...
It has been 7 weeks (sept 27th) and I am down 21 lbs. I have hit about 3 plato's and was sick once. all in all I think I have kept with it very well. I am not at the phase I look forward to my daily workout yet, but I do look forward to my daily 2 mi walk with the dog. The goal is to keep this going, and if all goes as planned, be at 275 by New Years. At that point I will only have 35 lbs to reach my final goal of 240. Probably set another goal after that. I know I want to Run the Schaumburg Mini Triathlon in July, last time I did that I was 20 or 21... I'll be 43

Nice Dinner
To celebrate a week of good stuff, capped it off with a bad dinner.... I deserved it

Adjustment
Adjusted my daily goal for Nutrition, Tried to meet what they set for me, and gained weight. Limited it to the average of amounts from when I was losing. See if this helps.
