    I'm training for a half marathon at the end of may, aiming for under 2 hours. I ran a full about a year ago @ 4:30. any speed tips?

    Yeah, I need to make sure I enter in all of my food intake. Yesterday I left our hotel, went home and slept untill dinner time. So, I really only ate that ha ha. Not good.. But today starts a new day! Protein is going to be a problem untill shopping day.
