good choices.....
Welcome and congratulations. Best advice I ever got and try to practice every day is to focus on the decisions of today.... not tomorrow, not next week, but today. Make the right choices every chance you get... today. Whether is waking up early to workout, or whether or not to eat the fired chicken sandwich rather than the grilled chicken sandwich (if you get the grilled, make sure to ask for no mayo). Then when tomorrow comes, do it all over again, and again, and again. -
