stupid gyminee
i just added a bit more to my reflection down below and did Gyminee record it? No. what was unrecorded? well, i just rambled about Gaiam's fitness videos and my fascination with yogi Rodney Yee. I like Gaiam's Power Yoga and Aerobic exercise videos. i did not mention this but Windsor Pilates videos are great too. I've retained some movements, either from Windsor pilates and yoga, from memory...I just want access to these videos again like I had at Phoenix.

sleep and food reflection for 2/22-28/09
i did not sleep well at all last week. even today, i sort of napped and i guess that's what happens when i don't get my recommended 8 hours of sleep. who needs 8 hours anyway? not me, at least...haha,jk. isn't it dangerous not getting the recommended 8 hours? idk. well, maybe not dangerous but unhealthy. i noticed i went to bed at 5 AM four consective days and woke up 4 hours later, which was okay considering my classes don't begin until 11. but, i've created a mess b/c now, my sleep cycle is starting to follow last weeks: which, i'll rewrite, sleep at 5 and waking up at 9, sometimes 10. ...oh, don't forget the sneak attack deathnaps...naps, better than caffeine. oh, i've noticed i've cut back on my caffeine, both in cups of coffee and in diet soda. i think i'm starting to prefer caffeine free diet coke, but come on, it's just soda...anyway.

food reflection
well, DBA is getting low, so we'll see how i'll eat this week. oh, and i veered into the SNACK sections mostly so that meant candy and high carb. crackers intake. yikes. but, i'm glad i didn't go into an ice cream phase...wait, i can't eat ice cream. too cold and does not do well with my stomach. i ate a pumpkin muffin in lieu of a meal and i should not have done that. but, i just need to focus on portion servings. ....hahah, i should carry a dang measuring cup and teaspoons and tablespoons and whatnot...jk.
