RE: P90X
Wow, what you say about the program is very inspirational! I hope it works for me too! I live an hour away from Houston, in Beaumont. But I am originally from Argentina. I go to Houston a lot, specially to the airport when I get a chance to go visit my country =) Are u Colombian?

Hi!
Thanks for the add! I noticed you were doing P90X and I thought that perhaps you could give me a little insight? Looks like it is doing wonders for you! I will start tomorrow... been doing a few workouts in the past at school. But nothing serious, it's time to get serious thought! Anyways, thanks again!

Yoga is a Bi$%&
Just finished doing Yoga X and it has to be one of the hardest workouts. If you haven't done Yoga yet, I recommend you try it!

P90X, asthma and counting calories
Thanks for the motivation send. I don't have any after pics. Sadly, after a little more than a week into the program the house hold caught a nasty cold that set my asthma into overdrive and I have been able to shake it yet. I'm on my second round of antibiotics to try and get things back to normal and hope to be able to start again in a few weeks. Gonna be a bitch to get up early now that it's winter, dark mornings equal sleep, but it'll happen. Maybe I'll warm up by doing P90 for a while. I didn't calc the calories for the workout routines. Gyminee took a guess when I entered the basic information. There's no way it's right but I have no idea what it should be. If you've got a heart rate monitor that also calcs calories burned I think we could override the numbers on the workout to get something a bit more accurate. As Tony says, "Keep pressing play!"
