    Hello Im dhillon5, and i was wondering how you are losing the weight? I have lost 3 pounds with a percentage of 1.25% Do you have any ideas that you could share with me? I go swimming 4 days a week for an hour each time. I go to the weightroom 3 days a week and I do weights for about an hour and I do cardio for about 40 mins. Thanks in advance for your help!     how to improve my nutrition status

    So I feel like all I do some days is eat, and I still can't seem to get everything in. Arrg! I am going to have to spend time figuring out food combining so I can eat more balanced. Work is never done. Sigh.
