I started a new plan...
story of my life lol, but I want to do a 30 day push to get ready for summer and instead of going down my weight has gone up, so starting today I am on Dax Moy's 30 Day Metabolism Activation Plan! Going good so far, I feel really peppy even though I have worked out twice and got very little sleep last night (bad) Wish me luck! I am getting ready for a lake vacation in BC with the whole family!

I feel tired just reading your progress log. I'm seriously impressed but I have to admit that gym workouts just don't do it for me. I can see that they work for you though, so keep up the good work.

Strength for life
Hey this seems pretty good, like the built in plans. I am going to do Strength for life starting today. I am fasting today and doing great!

RE Fasting
HI Pam Yes I am going to sustain this, I am feeling really good with the fasting. It is a really easy way of cutting calories. I was already interested in caloric restriction as a way of prolonging life, so this is great for me! I am already pretty healthy and fit, just fine tuning at this point, wanting to get really strong and muscular.
