day 7
didnt get to sleep til around 4 am last night. suffice it to say, i overslept this morning and wasnt able to get a work out in before i have to leave for work. perhaps after work i'll have energy for a run, but i wil not get home from work til around 11pm/midnight. so we shall see.

Hey Copey, just asked you this in the forums, but I see you've gone to a Pro membership. What are your thoughts on it? Is it worth it? I mean, it's only $5/month, so probably, but I wanted to hear your candid thoughts...

day 4.
feeling sluggish today. today is going to, hopefully, be strictly a cardio day. trying to motivate myself to go outside for a run before heading to work this afternoon. didn't sleep very well last night so my energy isn't very high. I signed up for the PRO version last night, figured what the hell i'll give it a try. created a graph to keep track of my sleep, hoping to get an average of 8 hours.

day 3
back in the gym 2 days in a row. arms. felt really good, a lot weaker than i used to be but thats a given with the amount of time that has lapsed since i've really worked out. did 16 min of HIIT, didn't quite have the lung power to do another 5 minutes, dissapointing but at least i got on the treadmill and did it. thinking about doing sprints as my cardio, there is a park right behind my gym and its really starting to get nice out. weigh in, i am up to 193 now. 1.6 heavier than the previous day, a little discouraging, but considering the natural fluctuations of day to day weigh ins, and the graduation party i had yesterday, its to be expected. just got to keep it up, so see those numbers go down and reach my short term goal of 185.
