woo sick!
being sick sure helps me keep the calorie count down. esp on sat. though yesterday i had like nothing and yet JITB still pushed me over.. grrr..... anyhooz. almost feeling better. not quite yet.

yeah, when you make the change it's not retroactive, it's like setting a new goal. glad you got it worked out though. i don't know what happened with my wrist. it's better now, but it started hurting again randomly the other day. have been laying off of weights just to be safe and focusing on cardio. aint no thang.

good to know mike! i changed it, but it only looks like i can have the new goal from today on.... so i wont get the check marks for the last 2 days but ohs well.

staying under on your calories and such. it only gives you the point if you make it in between the set numbers though, not below. you can modify them if you want manually by clicking on the numbers in your nutrition page. just make sure to modify the fat, carbs, and protein to correspond with your calories.

so i went under on my calories yesterday and i don't get a point for 'reaching my goal' ..... lame. i think it's set too high and i tried to re-set but it wont do it how i want. also made it under on fat too. woo! one really good day for me! dont really care about carbs.
