Done the unthinkable
So I have done something I never imagined doing in my life. I joined a gym! Yes, that's right. My fat ass has decided to join a gym in better helping myself. Over the last month and a half, I have lost over 35 LBS with only diet and no exercise. But I still want to lose at least another 20, so it is time I start actually doing something. I joined anytime fitness and so far am enjoying it. I am hoping to stay motivated to go and to lose more weight and maybe soon even do some weights.

Completely lost Motivation
So I came here with all intentions of updating daily and staying motivated. But I have lost all motivation. I am sure it could be a number of things. I have been more active, But I am not losing weight. How can I be more motivated to keep this up dated?
