I think that will help me clear some stuff up, and i think that i am going to consume far less calories than they recommend, because they are ridiculous amounts of highness. do you get flavored or unflavored protein?

Do you think that these calorie/carb goals are a bit off? I have a hard time consuming that many calories in a day, let alone not under doing the protein and overdoing the carbs..
