About Me
Completed my First Body For Life program. Overall feeling: Good. Saw some changes in my body composition, thou not as expected, i definitely learned more about weight training and nutrition. Now i am strarting the 31-day boot camp to mainly focus on weight loss and build core.

Changing my diet goal
I changed my diet goal to low carb diet, for weight loss and general fitness with Fat 35%, Protien 40% and Carb 25%. That means no junk, more nutritious food.

Completed BFL and not 31-day Boot Camp
Completed my First Body For Life program. Overall feeling: Good. Saw some changes in my body composition, thou not as expected, i definiatly learned more about weight training and nutrition. Today I am starting the 31-day boot camp workout plan from daily burn. My goal is to loose weight and build a stronger core.

Loosing portion sizing. Need to reemphasis this. Ate too much food for dinner, still under the daily need, but dint have to overeat. This was not the day

Did the lower body today and feel good. Need to pay more attention doing Squat and barbell straight leg dead life, felt a stress on the lower back. On the diet side, had good balanced diet, except a small piece of Tiramisu in the morning.
