christmas period lack of training
since my last BJJ class, pretty much done no training, my shifts are causing me to miss my BJJ sessions, which is operating reduced hours over the festive period, again my shifts are affecting even going to the gym. not ideal, but no point in getting too hung up on it, will just have to make it count once i have a few hours free to get back on track
