Near Lauderdale - I should have known that!
I used to drive back and forth between Naples and Miami all the time to see family. Its beautiful down there! I'm only on Day 2 of the Bikini Body workout and I may have to move today's workout to my lunch break tomorrow, Having some friends over for dinner tonight and I am sooooo behind! But I did get over 3 hours of hard core house and yard work in that seriously worked muscled I didn't even know I had so I'm not feeling too bad about moving it out one day.Then again maybe I can still squeeze it in - at the rate I'm going I will need my lunch break to pack for a business trip I'm leaving for tomorrow night. This is where I need serious motivation! I just get so busy and always seem to bite off more than I can chew! Well - I better get back to work; I still need to move all the patio furniture back on the patio. UGHHHH the stuff is so much heavier than it looks! LOL

Hey There!
Thanks for the invite! I saw your comment about protein. I was running into the same problem and a friend recommended Muscle Milk light. Its only about 100 calories, 6 carbs and I think 15g of protein. Bonus - it actually tastes pretty decent. If I'm out of that I go with EAS Light - a little higher in calories and carbs - around 20 I think but its also higher in protein. I think its just a matter of playing around with a few things until you find what works for you and then just plan your meals ahead of time. So where is Cooper City? I'm over on the east coast - right between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. I love where I live - its just such an easy drive to anywhere in the state.

Protein & Carbs
I can't seem to get ENOUGH protein and then I get TOO MANY carbs. WTF? LOL.
