    how??

    how can you eat less, and gain 2 pounds!!!! i don't understand it. i haven't eaten much fast food but still have gained weight. i walked to work today it's 81 with 80% humidity... ugh, its nasty out. mom is picking me up tonight so i dont have to walk home.

    storms

    storms don't help gettin my exercise in to walk to work. i've been given a ride each day last week, and today also. and it's suppose to storm tomorrow. i have wednesday off, so i won't be walking to work. but i will be brining more laundry to the laundromat to wash so hopefully i can sweat off some weight. i had a migraine yesterday, and a residual one today. i had stopped eating beef for a week to see if it was a trigger. aparently when i ate 2 hamburgers on saturday, it triggered one. so no more beef for me. i've also heard that bananas are a trigger so i havent eaten those either, saturday i'm going to try having a banana to see if those cause them for me too. i had felt great all week last week, even though it was storming and was hurting my arthritis, i didnt have a headache. tonight i'm going to pull out my wii-fit and dust it off and get my hiney moving again. :) wish me luck

    no car

    so i'm out of a vehicle. needless to say, i'm walking to work more, but still not every day. it is a mile walk, and i don't like to get all sweaty before work, so i have been getting a ride most of the days. i usually end up walking on the days that i can't get a ride into work. thursday i will be walking to and back from work. i'm happy to say that it is only a little less than a mile, but i still don't like to walk to work. ugh! i have been getting in some exercise from it. i decided that instead of going right next door to mcdonalds everyday for lunches, that i would buy those lean cusine meals and have those. hopefully with those for lunches, and slimfast for breakfast, and i've been eating a healthy dinner, hopefully i can lose weight without much anxiety. i have really started to like the lean cusines, they have great flavor and i feel full on them. :) now, just to get back on my wiifit, to get more movement, lol!! that would require moving a bunch of junk around again because mom moved it all back to where i cant even get to my fit board, and then to have room to use it. oh-well, maybe by the end of the weekend i can get things moved around again. tomorrow is laundry day, so i'll be lifting heavy loads of laundry. back to work though, *sigh*

    busy busy

    last week my week was busy. this week it should calm down a bit. my hours at work are easier, and i have a mid day week off. so that day, once i'm done at the dentis and eye doc, i'll be doing my "laundry workout" i have a ton of it to wash again so theres a ton of lifting there. that and i have a whole bunch of boxes to move around in my house. i wish there was a housework exercise program. maybe i should make one up ;)

    this weekend, i totally fell off the weight loss band-wagon. it is a new week, hopefully i'll be able to jump back on the band-wagon. wish me luck.
